In the walled area that is the remains of Sympho, plagues have broken out, walls have been built and trainers are hated. Will you serve the government, or be against it?

It seems SILPH has been messing around with changing pokemon...this swablu escaped the lab and is now wandering around in Route 1! It has not been causing Issues, but it seems scared and the person reporting it would like someone nice to catch the poor thing. It seems to know the move Morning Sun for some odd reason.
Restrictions: NEVER attack the pokemon EVER!
If you roll this pokemon, PLEASE notify the head admin, Kat

Bulletin Board Missions
~What is the Bulletin Board~
The Bulletin Board is a place where Missions will be posted by an "Board Updater". You may accept these mission, if you have access to the area it takes place in. The further out the location is the harder the mission will be, but the more SP it shall be worth. The missions will be anything from finding a certain type of a pokemon and beating it to finding a specific pokemon of a specific infection/bot. The harder they are the more SP you shall receive.

~How do I Accept a Job?~
To accept a job, simply post on the thread what character/s is/are accepting the job, and a link to the thread.

~Can I do this job with other people? What about the prize?~
Yes. When doing jobs with others, the reward is whatever the prize is PER PERSON.

~Can I Accept More Than One Job Per Thread?~
Yes, but the amount of pages needed to do the job will be added. For example: If one job requires 3 whole pages and another requires 5, you will need 8 pages in order for both jobs to be valid and count.

Can I do jobs in Mono-RPs?
No you cannot, jobs are not usually not solo-missions and you must have another person with you.

Can I do a mission with someone from SEEK?
Yes, but you must not reveal that you are on a mission, and if the the SEEK member finds out you're SILPH and decides to report you, then you may have a bounty placed on your character's head.

If I catch the target pokemon, does that count?
For Nuzlockes, yes, for normal, no.

What is SP?
SP is SILPH POINTS. They are what you earn when you complete a mission. It is up to the Board Updater staff to keep track of your SP and the records of all the SILPH members participating in the missions will be kept >>here<<

You can trade in SP to receive prizes, like pokemon that cannot be found in the wild or cannot be found until later in the districts. Event pokemon will be available in shop but will rotate monthly. The prizes are EXPENSIVE, and all the pokemon in the prizes are without plague or robot. Items are also available in the shop and are changes occasionally, so be sure to check often!.

Board Updater Responsibilities
A Board Updater has three main responsibilities: 1. To keep the job statuses updated, 2. To move the Jobs to the Job Archive once completed, and 3. To create random jobs so that there is always something for a SILPH member in need of a mission.

Once a Job is taken, the Board Updater is in charge of locking the Job Topic and labeling it as taken. If the mission is completed successfully, then the Board Updater is in charge of moving said mission to the Job Archives and labeling it as completed. If, however, the mission is failed, the Board Updater must then unlock the topic and label it as an open job again. When a job is completed, you must put in the description of the job's topic, which team completed it for future reference.

A Board Updater must also create random jobs from SILPH clients from time to time to keep things fresh and alive. Random jobs are to be created and handled in the same way as those created by the members of the site.

As keepers of the Bulletin Boards, it is also your responsibility to make sure that each member gets the correct amount of SILPH Points added to their total in the Guild Records topic. When a member completes a job, all you need to do is edit the topic, find the right team and edit their total so that the new points earned are added to the previous total. You only need to add Members to the records if they ever do a mission. Records are found >>Here<<

Types of Missions
~Normal Missions~
SILPH missions usually require you to encounter plagued or bot pokemon. Such missions include:
-Collecting DNA
<Worth 5 SP since you can spawn DNA Samples at anytime>

-Defeating X amount of pokemon
<+10 for every normal pokemon
+50 for every Plagued/bot pokemon
+500 for every specific bot/plagued pokemon>

-Defeating a certain normal pokemon
<50 SP>

-Defeating a certain pokemon with a certain plague/bot
<500 SP>

-Rescuing a fellow SILPH member from peril of nature
<20 SP since it can be spawned anytime>

-Find a certain pokemon
<100 SP>

~Bounty Missions~
Sometimes a bounty will be placed on a SEEK member(Sometimes an actual player if they request so) and it's up to someone to go defeat them. Accept this mission to go on a difficult mission and a tiny battle of a giant war. NPC Bounties are rare, difficult and long in page length, but the price is worth it(usually 1000 SP).
